Cryptocurrencies: Optimistic move by Time magazine

As Russia's invasion of Russia and international concern escalated into insecurity, good news arrived Monday, a move expected by the global cryptocurrency market.

With a history of 1923, TIME Magazine has entered the blockchain era, making it possible to pay its subscribers with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, including XRP, Ether, and Dogecoin, from April 2021.

Time magazine auctioned off some of its most memorable NFT covers a year ago. It also agreed to keep Bitcoin on its balance sheet following its partnership with Grayscale, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group.

The much-discussed crypto-currency became an airdrop to the holders of the Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT on Thursday.

Since then, it has started trading in major crypto exchanges, such as Binance, Coinbase, and Crypto.com.

 During the first hours of trading, ApeCoin collapsed from $ 20.4 to $ 6, according to CoinMarketCap.

In the last 24 hours, it has decreased by 5.07%, and at the time of writing, this article is trading at $ 10.90. Its market capitalization is currently valued at $ 2.93 billion, making it the 45th largest cryptocurrency in terms of capitalization.
