Ripple case filed against SEC

 Ripple's case against the SEC has taken a 180-degree turn. Judge Analisa Torres recently ordered the release of three documents in Ripple's lawsuit against the SEC.

However, Ripple's lawyer, John E Deaton, said: "It will be almost impossible to prove any real correlation between the price of #XRP and @Ripple public announcements (i.e., partnerships). The SEC must also prove that Garlinghouse and Larsen sold #XRP in the US. "

The market may see it as a favorable decision for XRP, which has already been fixed at its price. 

Ripple's case against the SEC is evolving rapidly, and market analysts believe it could be completed by April 2022.

Any positive news in favor of Ripple is likely to increase its price.
